Delivery Time
Most in-stock items are shipped within one business day of your order by UPS or Truck. In the 48 contiguous states only, you should expect to receive delivery within 1-3 business days. For custom imprinted items or items that are delivered directly from the manufacturer, you should expect to receive delivery of in-stock items within 7-12 business days in the 48 contiguous states. Our order fill rate is 97%, therefore, backorders are extremely rare. In the event that a product is unavailable for prompt shipment, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates
All products that can be shipped via UPS ground are shipped free to you, with an order of $45.00 or more. These items are indicated with an
icon.
Shipping is charged for some heavy or oversized items that must be shipped by common carrier or freight (not shippable via UPS ground). At the time of your purchase, shipping charges for heavy or oversized items is estimated and will be estimated in your shopping cart. Shipping time is generally 2-3 days, but could be take up two weeks and is limited to the 48 contiguous United States. Street addresses are required, no PO boxes please. You must provide a daytime telephone number. You must inspect your item(s) at the time of delivery and note any damage on bill of lading before the truck driver leaves. Do not pay additional freight charges to the carrier, before or after delivery.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax is calculated on customer orders that are delivered to locations in Pennsylvania and California.
Shipping information for Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and US Territories
We unfortunately do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, and US Territories (including Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and Micronesia) at this time.
International orders
USA Business Products LLC only ships orders within the 48 contiguous United States at this time. We regret that no international orders are accepted at this time.
Lost orders
In the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your delivery, USA Business Products is ready to help! If you have not received your order and it is beyond our normal delivery times, or you think that your order may be lost, please notify Customer Care by email immediately.
Tips:
Does your parcel carrier sometimes leave packages with neighbors or at a certain spot around your home like the porch or yard?
If delivering to a business, have you checked with the mailroom?
For apartments, is the package in the manager’s office or with the doorman?
For all lost order inquiries be sure to include your order number, name, address, and phone number in your email. We'll acknowledge your email within one business day and promptly help rectify the problem. If we have not communicated with you within one business day, we have not received your email.
Ordering and Payment Methods
Order on-line, by mail, phone, or fax. Our telephone hours are 9:00AM-9:00PM EST time Monday-Friday. Our phone and fax numbers are shown on this page. You may pay by PayPal, check, money order or credit card (Discover, Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX). Sorry, no CODs. If you wish to pay by credit card but do not wish to provide your credit card number on-line, you may complete the order form on-line and select "Call Requested" when it asks you to choose a payment method. Then phone us at 1.866.498.9828 during our telephone hours with your credit card number so that we can complete your order. To make it even easier to pay by mail, you may complete the order form on-line and select "Mailing Payment" when it asks you to choose a payment method.
If you do not wish to use the on-line form, include your address, shipping address (if different), phone number, email address, items ordering, and add appropriate tax charges. For checks, allow 10 business days for check clearance before your order will be processed. If you wish for your order to be processed sooner than the 10 business day hold period, please send a postal money order, cashier's check, or arrange for a wire transfer to our account. There is a $40.00 fee for checks returned by the bank for insufficient funds or any other reason.

Order changes/corrections
To make changes or corrections to your order, email Customer Service as soon as possible. In your email, include your order number, name, billing address, and items ordered. Because orders are processed very soon after receipt, it is sometimes difficult to change an order. We will, however, make every effort to accommodate your request. We'll acknowledge your email within one business day and let you know as soon as possible if we were successful in making the changes or corrections requested.
Quantity Discounts
Quantity discounts may be available for large orders. Please make your request in writing and include the following information: your company name, address, and contact information, whether the goods will ship to one address or to multiple addresses, the date goods are required, and if the goods are for resale purposes.

Despite our best efforts, an item on our web site may be mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our shipping procedures. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
