Purchase Orders and Business Accounts Welcome!
USA Business Products specializes in providing businesses great pricing and customer service for all of their office products needs. If you are looking for the supplier that will help you meet your budget, we can certainly help you! USA Business Products has the business intelligence and data that allows us to beat most all prices from the major big box suppliers, in fact, we do all of the work so that you do not have spend precious business resources to scour different suppliers' web sites for the best prices. Our pricing structures are simply tailored to your business and designed to get you the best price.
We will also help you ensure that you are getting the best prices by conducting a no-cost pricing evaluation. Just contact us and we'll be happy to discuss your business office supply purchasing patterns and budgets.
Any company can register on our website here. Companies can qualify for discount pricing by completing the short form for business accounts if you spent at least $250 per month in consolidated office supplies and related products. Our sales reps will then set up your account and authorize it for special pricing.
Purchase Orders are accepted for hospitals, public schools, select educational institutions and U.S. federal, local, county, and state government agencies.
The terms for purchase orders are generally Net 30 Days and are subject to USA Business Products terms and conditions. When placing your order, upon checkout, select the payment option "Customer Account." You can then enter your Purchase Order Number (and optionally insert your Account Number once established.) Our business office will verify your account and process your order. We require your signed purchase order to be sent to us either via fax (1-800-975-6768) or email (customercare@usabizproducts.com.)
Business Credit Accounts
We also accept Purchase Orders from established companies with a Business Credit Account. To open a Business Credit Account, please complete a credit application for prompt processing.
To place your order using your Business Credit Account, upon checkout, select the payment option "Customer Account" and you can optionally insert your Account Number and Purchase Order Number. Our business office will verify your account and process your order.
In addition to purchase orders, USA Business Products accepts credit cards, wires, and company checks.
